Connecting brands
Since around 2022, we have been supplying floor materials to funeral homes for renovation and new construction purposes. This “new brand” was born from the idea of specializing in “family funerals” launched by one of our customers in 2023 to meet the needs of the new era and to create a more positive image of funerals.

After thinking about it from various angles, we came up with proposals of products of our business partners who have had a long and strong relationship with us, based on the idea of connecting brands.

Guiding projects efficiently to completion from the client’s perspective
Normally, our clients would directly hire construction or design companies and deal with them. For this mission, the key was for us to act on our clients’ behalf and make proposals to minimize hassle.
Proposals for maintenance measures to ensure the facility would be operated for a long time, cost reductions, adjustments to delivery dates based on the construction schedule, and holding meetings on behalf of the design and construction companies to discuss detailed specifications, etc.
First, we clarified the benefits of hiring us for the customer. And then, we visited the facility once it was completed, with the manufacturer on-site to check the fit and fine details and make proposals for improvements. Our after-sales support to prevent the brand image from getting damaged is also highly appreciated. As a result, we have a continuous good relationship with the customer to this day.
